Using BPO Scale means accepting these terms

These Terms of Service apply whenever you visit the BPO Scale website, register an operator account, or use the portal and its automation. Together with our Privacy Policy they form the agreement between you and BPO Scale. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the service.

BPO Scale is built for appraisal and BPO professionals who want vendor order broadcasts accepted automatically. The sections below set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

02

What we provide

BPO Scale monitors the Gmail inboxes you connect, applies your rules and accepts qualifying orders in supported vendor portals such as eStreet and similar platforms. The portal gives you ZIP and filter rules, bot switches, activity logs, a wallet and billing history.

We work hard to accept quickly and reliably, but we can’t promise that every broadcast will be won. Vendor rules, network conditions, inbox setup and changes on third-party platforms all affect results. Orders accepted on your behalf are your responsibility.

03

Your authorization to monitor and accept

By creating an account and agreeing to these terms, you authorize BPO Scale to monitor the inboxes you connect for vendor order emails and to accept matching orders on your behalf, and you understand that payments are final and non-refundable.

04

Your account

Give us accurate details when you register and keep your sign-in credentials private — you are responsible for everything done under your account. New operator accounts are reviewed and must be approved by an administrator before the portal opens.

We may decline or suspend an account that breaks these terms, creates a security risk or was registered with false information. Administrators may also deactivate accounts for non-payment, abuse or at their discretion where the law allows.

05

Fair and lawful use

Use BPO Scale only to automate order acceptance that is lawful and within the markets and territories you are authorized to serve. You must follow the terms of each vendor portal, appraisal regulations and all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Don’t use the service to send spam, attack or overload systems, get around vendor security without authorization, resell access without our permission or disrupt other users. Using Gmail access or automation to harm anyone else is prohibited.

06

Fees and billing

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you pay a fee for each successfully accepted order at the rate shown in the portal or on our pricing page, a monthly platform fee where it applies, and any other charges described at signup or in the portal. There is no setup fee unless we say so. Accepted orders, platform fees, top-ups, connect-card payments and other charges all appear in your portal billing.

Every amount you pay to BPO Scale — per-order fees, monthly platform fees, wallet top-ups, connect-card charges, signup-related payments and any other fee taken from your wallet or saved payment method — is final, non-refundable and not open to dispute. You agree not to claim, charge back, reverse or dispute these amounts with your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Recurring charges, including the monthly platform fee and auto top-ups, continue for as long as a payment method is on file and your account is active. You cannot claim or dispute those charges unless and until you remove or pause your card in the portal or delete or close your account. Doing so stops charges from that moment on; it does not create a right to a refund of amounts already paid.

We may change rates and platform fees for future billing periods after giving notice. Any platform fee locked to your account applies as shown in your portal. Continuing to use the service after a price change means you accept the new pricing for future charges.

07

Payment processing by Stripe

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. You enter card details on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout, and saved cards are stored by Stripe — BPO Scale receives only a reference to the card and the result of each payment, never your full card number.

By paying through BPO Scale you also agree to Stripe’s terms that apply to your payment. Charges are made in US dollars. Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment with 3-D Secure.

08

Google and other third-party services

BPO Scale connects to Google Gmail through OAuth and to external vendor portals. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or actions.

You authorize BPO Scale to use the Gmail permissions needed to monitor and act on order broadcasts according to your settings. You can withdraw that access at any time by disconnecting the inbox in the portal or in your Google account settings.

09

Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BPO Scale is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BPO Scale and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, missed orders or vendor penalties arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid BPO Scale in the three months before the claim.

10

Ending or suspending access

You can stop at any time: switch the bot off, unlink your inboxes and stop using the portal. We may suspend or end your access for breaches of these terms, non-payment, security concerns or if we discontinue the service.

When access ends, your right to use the portal ends with it. Terms that are meant to continue — including billing obligations, disclaimers and limits of liability — remain in force.

11

Updates to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time and will change the “Updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Where practical, we will announce material changes on the website or in the portal.

If you keep using BPO Scale after revised terms are published, you accept them.
