Choose Get started, enter your name, email and a password, and pick your state if you like. Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy — that’s it, no username to invent.

Create accountEvery new account is checked by an administrator before portal access is switched on. This keeps every operator on the platform verified.

Contact supportEnter your email, press Continue, then your password. You land on your dashboard with orders, inboxes, bot status and billing in one place.
Sign inConnect a card through Stripe and start with $40.00.
In Billing → Wallet choose Connect card. You’re taken to Stripe’s secure checkout to pay $20.00; that amount becomes credit and a $20.00 signup bonus is added on top. Apple Pay and Google Pay work on supported devices.
Your card is saved by Stripe, not by us — you can add more cards and pick the default later.
Pick a low-balance trigger and a reload amount. When the balance dips below the trigger, your saved card is charged once and accepts keep flowing. Change or switch it off any time.
Tell the agent where orders arrive and which ones you want.
Go to Add email → Connect Gmail and finish Google’s own sign-in. BPO Scale never sees or stores your Google password.
Use the inbox that actually receives vendor broadcasts. Add more inboxes later for other markets or operators.
Open the inbox settings and list the ZIPs you cover. Only broadcasts in those ZIPs are considered, so you never pay for orders outside your territory. Edits apply to the next broadcast.
Optional state rules, a minimum order fee and active hours narrow things further. Filters are checked before any accept, so you stay in control of volume and spend.
Accepts start immediately — $2.00 each, nothing for skips.
Flip the switch for an inbox from the dashboard. When a matching broadcast lands, the order is accepted in the portal in milliseconds — no clicking during surges. Pause it for holidays or testing whenever you like.
Every accept and skip is logged with time, ZIP, subject and reason. Billing shows each $2.00 charge, top-ups and, from month two, the $20.00 platform fee — with downloadable history.
We work with Stripe so agents and teams can fund wallets, reload automatically and reconcile every charge without invoices going back and forth — and with card details kept off our servers.
