How can we help?
Answers about BPO Scale — how accepting works, pricing, setup and running a team.
We review new accounts, then you sign in with your email. You connect a card once, link the inbox that receives vendor broadcasts, set your ZIPs and fees, and switch the bot on.
Connecting your card costs $20.00. That full amount is added to your wallet as credit, and a $20.00 signup bonus is added on top — so you start with $40.00.
$2.00 for each order that is accepted, taken from your wallet. From your second month there is a $20.00 monthly platform fee, taken from your wallet or, if the balance is too low, charged to your saved card.
In Billing → Wallet, turn on auto top-up and choose a trigger (for example below $10) and a reload amount (for example $20). When your balance drops below the trigger, your saved card is charged once and the credit is added. You can change or switch it off any time.
We work with Stripe: cards in USD through Stripe’s secure hosted checkout, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Stripe stores your card, never our servers, and you can save more than one and choose which one is used.
If an order turns out not to be accepted, its charge is returned to your wallet automatically. If a payment you made is refunded or disputed, the credit it added is taken back out of your wallet.
BPO Scale is built for eStreet, Ascribe, Mercury Network, Reggora, Appraisal Port, Clear Capital, ServiceLink, RES.NET, Equator, Solidifi, ValuTrac and Single Source, anywhere in the United States. Your ZIP and state rules decide where orders are accepted.
Usually within a few hundred milliseconds of the broadcast reaching your inbox — fast enough to beat manual clicking on busy days and overnight.
Yes. Connect several inboxes under one account, each with its own rules, sharing one wallet, one activity log and one set of invoices. Contact us for larger setups.
